Blueberry Lemon Sour Cream Coffee Cake with Lemon Glaze
The Lemon Series · Finale 🍋
Biscotti. Cupcakes. Scones. And I saved the best for last.
This blueberry lemon coffee cake is the one I'd bring to any brunch, any Sunday, any excuse. It starts the way every lemon bake around here does: zest rubbed straight into the sugar until your kitchen smells like the Amalfi Coast. Then comes sour cream for a tender, moist crumb, and blueberries tucked into every bite.
The hardest part? Letting it cool before the glaze. I handled it with zero grace. But trust me, a cool cake is what gives you that thick, glossy drip. I drizzle mine on with my Sur La Table scoop, which is the secret to glaze that lands exactly where you want it.
